We stage apartments, townhouses and holiday homes for the short-let and serviced accommodation market across Northern Ireland. If you are launching on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, we can make the space guest-ready.
Do I have to buy all the furniture?
Not necessarily. We offer both full purchase packages and staging-to-let arrangements. We will recommend the most commercially sensible approach for your property and budget.
How long does staging take?
Most staging projects are completed within 2–5 working days from sign-off, depending on property size and furniture lead times. We agree a clear timeline upfront so it fits your launch schedule.
Can staging be combined with your management service?
